With the good weather we've been having, the low tide coinciding with sunset and the time of year, I knew there would be plenty of bass around! When I got to the mark I got really excited because there was small baitfish everywhere :D At first I caught a small pollock that was the same size as the lure lol then foul hooked another small pollock shortly after. Then the bass showed up and started hitting the baitfish all around me, the water was only a few feet deep so I could see and hear the splashing of the bass running up the baitfish so I cast my lure to the swirls and then bang I was into a fish! After a little fight I brought the fish back to shore for a measure and quick pic before releasing. I fished a few more hours after that but only caught a few crabs 😂
