After being out on the boat all day catching mackerel I thought I'd pop out to my local bass mark for a quick hour at low tide see if I could get something nicer for dinner. On my 3rd cast I got an almighty take, the fish absolutely smashed the lure! Wasn't even there 10 minutes! Measured 50cm but was chunky, I reckon it was about 4-5lbs. Really nice evening to be out fishing, can't beat it!
